Miriam Roth could have been a very good business woman. she could have made a fortune off of one of her early ventures, the Einstein Academy, in fact she did make a small fortune, the only problem was that was not quite good enough for Miriam, she wanted more, she always seems to want more. She had an effective and prosperous company providing online education to many students. She should have hired a qualified and capable management company to handle the back end of shipping, computers and the mundane aspects of running a business, but Mimi (She likes to be called Mimi) is driven, she cannot imagine anyone else doing anything better than she can and so she created her own management company, it even had a catchy name, Tutorbots. She set her husband, Howard Mandel (not the good Howie Mandel of TV fame, germophobe extraordinaire) to run Tutorbots. Now this was the first place I see Mimi going wrong, she has a NON Profit school that she can pay her, her husband, her Mother, Her Children and other kin and kind to work for, she can even pad their wages or have them in honorary positions that require no real work but get paid anyway, like Senator Ben Stevens did with the fisheries in Alaska. it's sort of like having your 87 year old Mother listed as Principle of 5 active Academies,  while she is actually managing a Montessori School a few miles away with her Husband, where you could send your kid's that are not old enough to work in the shipping factory of your own business. But back to Howard and Tutorbots. Howard was President of a FOR profit company, getting paid by his wife's self described NON Profit , not an actual 501(C)3. Isn't that the way defense contractors get no bid contracts from their former CEO then US Vice President? It's a very Royal/Skull and Bones/elite wealth thing to keep the money in the family.

But the State of Pennsylvania found some problems with the way they were running things and forced Mimi to step down as head of Einstein Academy and forced the newly managed Einstein Academy to find a new Management firm. So Howard and Mimi, now Tutorbots, sue their former company for a big wad of the tax payers money they were getting and then sued the two Computer programmers that designed the Tutorbots system when they tried to leave and go play with the less slimy under new management Einstein Academy. And then the State sued Tutorbots to get back as much of the illl gotten gains as they could, and of course this put a big hole in Mimi and Howard's bank account(s). But Mimi is not one to take a beating and just lie there, like her Husband Howard when he is hose fighting with someone he jumps right back into the fight after being beat down, Mimi to jumped right back into cyber schooling. But Mimi learns, if you can get $1.4 Million by miss managing 1 cyber school just imagine how much you could make by miss managing 5 cyber schools, or 50, or, well, Howard has between 2,700 and somewhere around 5,000 domain names registered. Only he must not be very proud of most of them as I can't seem to find out what he is presenting on them, aside from "advertising farms" on a select few Christian themed sites.

This brings us to The Grace Academy. what a wonderful name, Grace. To be in a state of grace is to live free, without care, protected from all harm by the very hand of God. To be in Grace Academy will cost you real American Dollars. Lots of them. But don't worry, your local school district will pony up most of the money as soon as you pull your child out of their horrible state run rubber stamping worker training mills. Funds that would have supported your child, their teachers, the stores in your community they shopped at, the contractors that repaired the leaking roof of you child's school, those funds now go to keep Mimi's new $2.1 Million Bryn Mawr Mansion properly landscaped. Those funds now go into the accounts of Howard Mandel and ELRN INc., the Management company that Howard is President of and owner of several thousand domain names, including the proper given names of people that have made them angry in some manner, like former prosecuting Attorneys or diligent Home Education Magazine publishers keeping an eye out for reputable and disreputable home schooling firms.

Mimi's reach far exceeds her grasp. She wants far more than she rightfully deserves and is not entirely discriminating when it comes to how she attains it. Learning by Grace could have been a successful Christian based Cyber school. even the subtle permutations of Learning by Grace, Grace Academy, Morningstar Academy (tution $2595.00) or The Southern Baptist Academy. She could have focused her energy and made a nice living, but other people wanted to play in her sandbox and if other people want to play in Mimi's sand box they better be prepared to play in wet sand. She could have ignored the few slight comments about her dubious business practices, but like the flaming sword of religion and the blind, sword wielding Justice she uses to batter her enemies she had to assail those speaking ill of her. Then she talked about my Mother. Bad move Mimi. That placed you directly on the radar of me, Magus Rex of the Illuminati Order,  Rosicrucian High Priest, rightfully Ordained Minister of the Gospels, Merovingian bloodline heir to the Throne of Glory and the guy that turned down assignment to the US Army's elite Delta force several times. Things could go bad from here on out for the Mimi and Howard CIA puppet show, there is a New World Order, it's mine and it's coming to a city near you!
